It was a crazy summer, in terms of hiking. After recently returning from northern Norway, the hike to Lauparen the day before and more plans for the weekend, I just needed a day of rest.
In my world, resting means hiking one of the local mountains, such as Blåtind – the highest top on the Hareidlandet island.
Also in my world, hiking solo in a moderate pace is boring. But as long as I am not running, I still call it resting.
And this was one of those resting days. On the way down the mountain, we treated ourselves with a nice bath in lake Hundelaupsvatnet.
Trip statistics: 6,7km, 640 vertical meters, 2h:10m
